Coaching The Team... And Yourself

What makes you cry? What brings you joy? What are your dreams?

Andriy Kravtsov, Global Region Coordinator of Eurasia with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes organization, teaches us that figuring out the answers to those three questions will help you figure out who you are, and what you are made of. He explains that "when you figure out your purpose, then you can figure out your goals to fulfill that purpose".

"You have to have a Mentor to be successful and it has to be someone who will pour life into you. Most people take life out of you, so be with someone who breathes life into your life" Andriy says as he explains the importance of having a "coach" no matter where you are in life.

Join us this episode to hear how coaches across the world use their position of leadership and are able to influence the influencers because of it. What the coach says goes in ANY sport. So what if the coaches not only teach sports, leadership and commitment, but what if they teach something much deeper than that? You don't want to miss it.

And, in this very special episode, our fearless leader Bart Simpson offers to match up to $5,000 of money given to the FCA directly from our listeners. To give, please visit the link HERE. Every little bit counts when we are talking about spreading the love and word of God across the world.

What Decal Material Lasts Longest Outdoors? A Spec-by-Spec Comparison

What Decal Material Lasts Longest Outdoors? A Spec-by-Spec Comparison

The longest-lasting outdoor decal is cast vinyl under a UV-stable overlaminate, which 3M rates at 8 years for its standard printed-and-laminated construction. Polyester with a polyester overlaminate runs 5 to 8 years. Polymeric calendered vinyl falls well short of both, and economy monomeric film can be finished inside a year. But the material is only half the answer — orientation, climate, and how the decal fails matter as much as what it's made of.

Kiss-Cut vs Butt-Cut Labels: How to Choose (With Spec Table)

Kiss-Cut vs Butt-Cut Labels: How to Choose (With Spec Table)

Kiss-Cut vs Butt-Cut Labels: How to Choose (With Spec Table): Choose kiss-cut labels when they'll be peeled by hand off a backer or fed from a roll or sheet, or when the shape is anything but a plain rectangle. Choose butt-cut when the label is rectangular and volume, speed, and unit cost decide the job. Kiss-cut buys flexibility; butt-cut buys throughput. Everything below is detail on that one rule.
